<br/>
Temos observado, a partir de análises recentes, a ocorrência de reportes direcionados a organizações atualmente inativas no Diretório, o que pode decorrer da utilização de referências históricas associadas a consentimentos obtidos anteriormente à reorganização estrutural das marcas.<br/>
<br/>
Ressaltamos que, independentemente da data de obtenção do consentimento, é mandatório que todas as instituições consumidoras realizem os reportes à PCM considerando exclusivamente as organizações ativas cadastradas no Diretório de Participantes no momento do envio, garantindo o correto pareamento e a consistência das informações.<br/>
