Informamos que, de acordo com a IN 575 de 20/12/2024 que divulga a versão 2.0 do Manual de Monitoramento do <em>Open Finance</em><strong>, todas as instituições participantes</strong> do ecossistema, <strong>estarão sujeitas ao monitoramento e gestão de consequências de todos os itens monitorados </strong>previstos neste manual<strong>, a partir de 2 janeiro de 2026.</strong><br/>

O processo de Monitoramento e Gestão de Consequências ocorre através do envio às instituições participantes, de tickets de monitoramento conforme previsto na IN 588 de 31/01/2025 que divulga a versão 4.0 do Manual de Serviços Prestados pela Estrutura de Governança do <em>Open Finance. </em>Para isso, todas as instituições participantes devem estar com os seus usuários devidamente cadastrados no Service Desk.<br/>
A solicitação de acesso a essa plataforma deve ser realizada para a equipe de atendimento através do seguinte caminho:

Lembramos também que o acesso à Plataforma de Visualização de Dados do Open Finance, que inclui o painel de desconformidades e outros dashboards, deverá ser realizada pelo administrador da instituição, no Diretório de participantes, através do cadastro de usuário de domínio da organização ‘PDV’ ou ‘SDV’ no sistema ‘Data Visualization Plataform’. Usuários PDV podem adicionar e excluir membros do grupo SDV e usuários SDV têm acesso limitado, sem permissão para adicionar ou excluir membros.
