A execução dos testes deverá ocorrer através de três planos de testes apartados:</p>

<br/>
O item 3.2.2.2 da IN prevê a existência de um canal de atendimento para que o público em geral interessado no Open Finance possa realizar a abertura de chamados na plataforma.<br/>
<br/>
As dúvidas serão endereçadas para a <strong>Estrutura Responsável pela Governança do Open Finance</strong>, sendo que os cidadãos que abrirem chamados que envolvam reclamações contra as instituições participantes serão orientados a procurar primeiramente a instituição envolvida e, caso não consigam resolver o problema, realizem o registro de uma reclamação junto ao Banco Central.<br/>

Dessa forma, no dia 10/08/2023 o catálogo de serviços da página de <strong>convidado</strong> do Service Desk será atualizado com as seguintes opções:</p>

O item 3.2.2.2 da IN prevê a existência de um canal de atendimento para que o público em geral interessado no Open Finance possa realizar a abertura de chamados na plataforma.<br/>

As dúvidas serão endereçadas para a <strong>Estrutura Responsável pela Governança do Open Finance</strong>, sendo que os cidadãos que abrirem chamados que envolvam reclamações contra as instituições participantes serão orientados a procurar primeiramente a instituição envolvida e, caso não consigam resolver o problema, realizem o registro de uma reclamação junto ao Banco Central.<br/>
