Conforme cronograma solicitado pelo Banco Central, aprovado pelo Conselho Deliberativo e comunicado no Informa #379, a data regulatória para implementação desta API em produção pelas detentoras de conta (<em>go</em> <em>live</em>) é 18/08/2023.<br/>

<p style="text-align: justify;margin: 10px 0;padding: 0;mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;color: #202020;font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 16px;line-height: 150%;">Comunicamos que as certificações de Webhook estão abertas para submissão de pedidos, que devem ser realizados <strong>até o dia 03/08/2023</strong>. Não há garantias de que pedidos de certificações submetidos após essa data serão processados antes da data do<em> go live</em>, em 18/08/2023.<br/>
<br/>
<strong>Submissão e processamento da certificação</strong><br/>
Os pedidos de certificações deverão ser realizados pelo Service Desk na categoria “Enviar pedido de certificação”, cujo formulário solicitará:</p>
<ul>
<li style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">Informações da certificação;</li>
<li style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">Informações do contato técnico que está submetendo o pedido de certificação;</li>
<li style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">Informações do representante legal que assinará o termo “Certificado de Conformidade Funcional”;</li>
<li style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"><em>Logs </em>das execuções com sucesso realizadas a partir de 28/07/2023 (Plano de testes “Functional Tests for DCR DCM - PAGTO Role - Webhook - Based on Swagger version: 1.0.0”, versão mínima do plano de testes: 5.0.14 build: 73118831);</li>
<li style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;">Observação: não será necessário anexar o termo “Certificado de Conformidade Funcional” assinado nem o Termos e Condições.</li>
</ul>
Após o processamento da certificação, a estrutura enviará por Docusign o termo “Certificado de Conformidade Funcional” para validação do contato técnico e assinatura do representante legal, ambos indicados no formulário.<br/>
<br/>
Concluído o processo de assinatura, a certificação será emitida e o ticket será encerrado.<br/>

<strong>Exceções</strong><br/>
O motor será atualizado para corrigir o momento de disponibilização dos webhooks, que poderão ser chamados antes do POST/consents, ao invés de somente após o POST/payments<br/>
Instituições que estejam com problema na execução dos testes pelo motivo acima devem abrir um ticket até 03/08/2023 na categoria Requisições > Solicitações de informações > Conformidade > Política de certificação, com o título “Exceção na certificação de webhook – Momento de disponibilização”. Essas instituições em específico terão um cronograma específico para certificação após a atualização dos testes que será:
