Com o objetivo de melhoria na medição de métricas do Service Desk, informamos que será realizada modificação nos cronômetros disponíveis no Painel de Atendimento N2 e relatórios do Service Desk: O tempo nos status “AGUARDANDO REQUISITANTE” passará a ser contabilizado separadamente, sendo, portanto, segregado da contabilização dos cronômetros <strong>“TEMPO OPERACIONAL N1”</strong> e “<strong>TEMPO OPERACIONAL N2” </strong>dos tickets.<br/>

A nova medição será aplicada nos tickets abertos a partir do dia 14/07/2023.<br/>
