os <a name="_Hlk63848127">encargos financeiros para financiamentos rurais com
recursos dos Fundos Constitucionais de Financiamento, de que trata a Seção 8 (Fundos
Constitucionais de Financiamento) do Capítulo 7 </a><a name="_Hlk62049504">(Encargos
Financeiros e Limites de Crédito), </a><a name="_Hlk74758465">e ajusta normas
da Seção 4-A (Metodologia de cálculo das Taxas de Juros Rurais dos Fundos
Constitucionais de Financiamento – TRFC) do Capítulo 2 (Condições Básicas) do
Manual de Crédito Rural</a>.</span></p>

que o Conselho Monetário Nacional, em sessão extraordinária realizada em 2 de julho
de 2024, tendo em vista as disposições do art. 4º, <i>caput</i>, inciso VI, da
Lei nº 4.595, de 31 de dezembro de 1964, dos arts. 4º e 14 da Lei nº 4.829, de
